I usually always purchase enough to feed 100 at each meal. This list is what is required to feed 100. Even if we don't have 100 campers, it allows for seconds for the kids - and boy do they ever know how to eat! All of my fresh fruit and veggies, I purchase at our local produce market here in our town. That way I know where it came from. For the canned fruit and veggies, I mean the big #10 cans.
The list starts with coffee because a lot of our workers are big coffee drinkers. And it's important to keep the workers happy! LOL
