MY CAMP SHOPPING LIST FOR 100

I usually always purchase enough to feed 100 at each meal. This list is what is required to feed 100. Even if we don't have 100 campers, it allows for seconds for the kids - and boy do they ever know how to eat! If you have done similar projects (camp cook) and would like to share your ideas with me, or if you are using my list as reference and need more specific information, feel free to leave me a comment and I'll write you back. Like I said, I've done this for 13 years now and have learned a LOT along the way. Things to do and things to NEVER do again! All of my fresh fruit and veggies, I purchase at our local produce market here in our town. That way I know where it came from. For the canned fruit and veggies, I mean the big #10 cans.

Welcome to the Summer Camp page!

Our Summer camp is always the last full week of July. So we are on the schedule for July 21 - 25 this year (2008). We do our own camp, and have for the last 13 years. I am just getting ready to start formulating our week of menus. Shortly I will be adding those, along with amounts I purchase, and other things that may be helpful to you if you desire to host your own Summer camp for your church.
